We are really impressed with the amount of protein contained in each serve of Prograde, around 35 grams – this is more than twice the amount of protein contained in some meal replacement shakes.
The amino acid profile is very good (because a high quality whey protein is used) which provides 3.1 grams of the essential amino acid Leucine which is helpful for muscle growth and speeding up metabolism.

We tried the Chocolate shake and were quite impressed with the taste. It’s flavoured with a natural cocoa powder and Stevia, which masks the taste of the Whey protein and other ingredients well. It’s not a creamy as some of the shakes we’ve tried but is definitely drinkable.
